1. Refund Policy

Refunds are not available. Cancellations or refunds due to a simple change of mind or ordering mistake are not accepted.

2. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are only available for defective or damaged products. You must request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

In case of product defects or wrong delivery, only the same item will be exchanged.

Exchanges or returns due to personal preference are not accepted.

The product condition will be reviewed and the exchange approved.

Send the product back using the designated courier, and we will ship the replacement once received.
